Nourish Receives Tacoma-Pierce County Chamber Spotlight on Business Award

We are both delighted and honored to have received the Tacoma-Pierce County Chamber Spotlight on Business Award for the nonprofit category.  The Tacoma-Pierce County Chamber annually recognizes local businesses that have set the standard for exemplary business practices.

Accepting the award, Executive Director Sue Potter said, “We can’t do our work without the community. Last year we served 61,000 unique visitors to our 25 food bank locations and we can’t do it without our 1,000 volunteers pitching in to make sure our shelves are stocked, our doors are open and that our clients are greeted with a smile and a friendly helping hand. Thank you to the Chamber. Thank you to Tacoma and Pierce County for all of your support. And we are just happy to be here for our neighbors in need.”
