Warehouse and Logistics Manager – FILLED
Reports to: Director of Operations
Status: Full Time – Non-Exempt
Salary: $50,000 – $70,000 DOE including a generous benefit package including health, dental insurance premiums covered at 100% for employee.
Job description
The purpose of this position is to oversee all shipping, receiving, warehousing of products, inventory counts, inventory controls, and fleet management. The Warehouse & Logistics Manager is accountable for managing the order selection process of products from receipt and processing of orders to selection and delivery to their distribution points. The position is responsible for planning and delegating work assignments, meeting daily requirements, establishing performance standards, meeting objectives, and determining causes of variances.

Annual Giving Coordinator – Open
Reports to: Director of Development
Status: Full Time – Non-Exempt
Salary: $55,000-$59,000 annual compensation
Purpose: The Annual Giving Coordinator is responsible for overseeing electronic, print, and in person fundraising appeals and organizing and managing Nourish Pierce County’s fundraising and friend-raising events including our annual auction, luncheon and other smaller events. This position reports to the Director of Development.

Mobile Food Bank Driver & Manager – OPEN
Reports to: Director of Operations
Status: Full Time – Non-Exempt Hours: M-F 11:00 a.m. – 7:30 p.m.
Salary Range: $40,000 – $47,500 plus medical, dental and retirement benefits.
Purpose: The Mobile Driver/Manager is responsible for all phases of food bank operations involved in the acquisition, maintenance, and distribution of food to customers through Nourish’ s Mobile Food Bank. The mobile food bank is semi-truck and trailer converted into a food pantry. The manager safely transports the mobile unit to area distribution sites. Once parked the manager ensures a warm and welcoming environment for customers to “shop” and provides a positive working environment for volunteers. Successful candidates must demonstrates effective leadership, good public relations skills and ability to use personal computer technology.

Grocery Rescue Driver – OPEN
Reports to: Warehouse Manager
Status: Full Time
Salary: $19.00-$21.00 per hour plus medical, dental and retirement benefits.
Purpose: One of the ways that Nourish receives food for our food banks is through recovering food from grocery and retail outlets as well as local businesses and hunger relief agencies. This position is responsible for the coordination and pick-up of food from local partners and delivering it to Nourish’s food banks and warehouse. This position ensures a warm and welcoming environment through their interactions with clients, volunteers, staff, and community partners. This position demonstrates effective leadership and good public relations skills.

Administrative Assistant – OPEN
Reports To: Director of Development
Status: Part Time, Non-Exempt 20-24 Hours Per Week
Rate: $21/hour
Purpose: The Administrative Assistant is an key staff member. Their primary purpose is to help Nourish’s administrative office operate professionally and efficiently. By helping Nourish’s central office operate effectively, they support Nourish’s mission of providing food and support services to people in need with compassion, dignity and respect.
The Administrative Assistant performs essential office management and clerical duties. They manage the donor database, enter gift and donor records, and organize donor letters. They oversee the front desk, answer phones, organize files, and order and manage office supplies.
A successful candidate for this position must have excellent computer, organization and problem-solving skills, great customer service skills and the ability to work independently and adhere to designated timelines.
